CASAMICA
Casamica is an old country-house dating back to the 1600 recently restored
and furnished with taste and elegance.
It’s composed by two apartments of about 35 mq with a spectacular view on
the surrounding hills and on the river Patrì with relics of the ancient town
of Rhodis. On the hills there are many typical Sicilian villages with rich
historical traditions.
The restoration of the ancient house has been made under the strict control
of the authorities so as to be safe and at the same time to preserve its
historical characteristics.
Each apartment is for two people (plus baby) and the house is only 3 km far
from the beach and it is well suited for an easy and comfortable holiday.

It’s situated on the ground floor and it’s composed by an open
living with kitchen corner in a typical Sicilian style,
comfortable sofa, table for 4 and more people, double bed,
wardrobe, little tables with lamps, very comfortable and pleasant
furniture, air conditioning (hot/cold),TV-SAT with all the Italian
and foreign programs.

bathroom is with a window: shower, bidet, sink, WC, air-drier and
washing –machine. |
 The
apartment is
equipped with the
whole linen: the
guests have to take
with them only beach-
towels.
The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace
with flowers and a gorgeous Golden Palm.
Under the white sun-umbrella there is a big table
where the guests can eat outside.

It is situated in the same house on the first floor and it’s composed
by an open living of about 22 square meters with a typical
corner-kitchen in Sicilian style, sofa, table for 4 people, cupboard,
a little balcony with wonderful view on the surrounding hills, TV-sat
with all Italian and foreign programs, air-conditioning (hot/cold).
The apartment is very comfortable and furnished with elegance. |
The bedroom is of about 13 square meters with a window, double bed,
big wardrobe, little tables and lamps.

bathroom has a window: shower, bidet, WC, sink, air-drier and
washing-machine. |
The apartment has a little terrace of about 20 square meters with a
private entrance where you can find a little table for 4 people and a
barbeque to cook outside. You can park close to the house.

From the little terrace in front of the house you can have a wonderful view
on the surrounding beautiful landscape. It’s a wide space of about 90 square
meters and under the big sun umbrella, at least 6 people can eat outside.
This terrace belongs to the ground floor but it can also be used by all the
guests.
Rodì Milici is a delicious village only 4 km far from the seaside: it is
situated on the hills with a lot of green, where from many sites you can
admire a wonderful sunset with all the Eolian isles at a distance and the
rock of Tindari. Tindari is a very important religious and archeological
site with a Greek-Roman theater, where every summer many important
representations of ancient classical tragedies take place. The Eolians are
situated just in front of the coast and you can easily reach them by ship
from Portorosa and Milazzo (less than an hour).
The village is situated on the north-east of Sicily between the rock of
Tindari and the rock of Milazzo:it is the ideal place for family-holidays
because of the sandy beach, the easy swimming, the excursions and the
archeological sites.

There are many possibilities of trips to Cefalù, Palermo, Taormina, Capo
d’Orlando, Capo Calavà, Milazzo, Messina and visits to many natural parks
as: Park of Nebrodi mountains, Park of Alcantara canyon-cascades and Park
of Etna Vulcano. Eolian isles and Tindari are also sites that deserve a
visit. Bikers and motor-cyclists can take wonderful trips in the
surroundings: Sicily is one of the most interesting places for all of them.
Sport and free-time
You can practice any type of sport near-by: swimming, biking,
mountain-biking, sailing, tennis and waterskiing.
